VAT

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be added at the current rate to all invoices.

 

Prices

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Amber Chiropody Supplies Ltd. reserves the right to correct clerical omissions and errors in this price list.

 

Orders

All orders of twenty-five pounds (exclusive of VAT) or more will be delivered free of charge.

 

Orders below twenty-five pounds (ex. VAT) will incur a carriage charge of two pounds and fifty pence.

 

We regret that due to prohibitive carriage costs, we can no longer supply to outside of the United Kingdom.

 

Delivery

Orders up to 1.5kg will be despatched by First Class post to endeavour next-day delivery; orders above this weight will be sent by Parcelforce Standard Delivery which normally delivers within two working days. Every effort is made to despatch goods on same day if ordered before 3pm.
Goods will not be left if there is nobody to sign for them unless specific instructions are given at the time of order for them to be left unsigned for in a secure place.

 

Credit Accounts

Credit accounts are offered to existing customers on application; please email us for details.

 

Unpaid accounts will be passed to Her Majesty's Court Service and will incur an administration fee of £20, plus the court fee, all of which will be added by the court to the existing debt.

 

Claims

Customer claims for shortages or breakages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

 

Non-Receipt

We endeavour to notify if we anticipate a delay in your order, but please advise us of non-receipt if you have not received your goods within five working days.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver orders within five working days, Amber Chiropody Supplies Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any kind of failure to deliver within the time quoted due to reasons beyond our control.

 

Returns

Any goods found to be unsuitable, or to have been ordered in error may be exchanged provided that they are returned within fourteen days of the purchase date.

Creams, hand gels, and medications will only be accepted for return for the following reasons:

a) To correct an order in delivery

b) In response to a product or batch recall instigated by the manufacturer

c) Where products or packages are alleged to be faulty

 

Local Anaesthetics

A confirmation of the customer's recognised qualifications in the use of local anaesthetics must be provided before such goods can be supplied.

 

Sales to Members of the Public

This website is for the sale of goods to professional practitioners; any member of the public purchasing from it does so at their own risk. Amber Chiropody Supplies will not be held liable for any accidents or such caused or inflicted by non-professional persons purchasing goods from this website. Members of the public are advised to seek professional advice before purchasing or using products available from this online store.
